Every session includes:

• Bag work and controlled partner drills
• Conditioning finish
• Coach feedback and correction
4:00 - 5:00 pm

Adult Boxing Program
(All Levels – Ages 13+)
Each class includes:
• Dynamic warm-up and mobility
• Technical instruction and skill development
• Heavy bag rounds and controlled partner drills
• Conditioning circuits
• Individual coaching and corrections
5:00 PM – 6:15 PM
Monday – Friday
