Service Description

What We Develop: Our camp is built around four pillars — athleticism, strength, boxing skills, and life skills — giving every kid a complete foundation inside and outside the gym. Athleticism — Speed, agility, balance, coordination, footwork, and reaction time are trained daily through purposeful drills and challenges. Strength & Conditioning — We build real-world strength through bodyweight movements, core development, and explosive training. All exercises use proper movement patterns so kids build good habits from day one. Boxing Skills — Athletes learn foundational boxing in a safe, structured environment: stance, footwork, punching fundamentals, and partner drills. No experience needed. Life Skills — Every session reinforces discipline, respect, work ethic, confidence, and teamwork. What happens in the gym translates to school, home, and everywhere else. Daily Schedule (11:00 AM – 12:15 PM) 11:00 – 11:10 | Dynamic Warm-Up We kick off every session getting the body ready to move — movement prep, mobility work, and muscle activation to prepare athletes for everything ahead. 11:10 – 11:25 | Athletic Development Fast-paced drills targeting speed and coordination: ladder drills, cone drills, sprint work, reaction drills, and coordination challenges. 11:25 – 11:45 | Strength & Conditioning Age-appropriate and fun bodyweight training that builds real strength — push-ups, squats, bear crawls, partner challenges, and core work. 11:45 – 12:05 | Boxing Development Technique-focused stations where athletes learn and sharpen boxing fundamentals: footwork patterns, shadowboxing, heavy bag work, and technique stations. 12:05 – 12:15 | Competition Games The crowd favorite. Athletes put everything they've learned to the test in competitive, team-based games — relay races, agility races, reaction competitions, and team challenges.
