Youth Class
We keep classes structured, engaging, and progressive so athletes continue building skill week after week.

On Wednesdays, we offer controlled, supervised sparring for athletes who are ready. Participation is completely optional and requires parental permission.
Sparring is introduced carefully and only when a boxer demonstrates proper fundamentals, control, and maturity. We focus on learning—not “winning.” Athletes are coached throughout the round, matched appropriately, and required to follow strict safety standards.
Our goal is to help young athletes gain experience, composure, and confidence in a controlled environment—not to rush development.
